1. General Information
The Kiln & Furnace Equipment Plant is the global export base of industrial kiln and energy-saving grinding equipment, the industry “One Belt and One Road” strategy and the “International Capacity Cooperation” model enterprise. The plant completed the national industrial revitalization, the National Torch Program, the national key new products, the first set of major equipment, and 52 pcs independent innovation products identification; 25 pcs effective invention patents, 4 PCT patents. The plant participated in the draft of 7 national standards such as "Rotary Kiln for Cement Industry", "Tube Mill for Cement Industry”and 18 industry standards such as "cooling machine for cement industry". The plant won the national manufacturing single champion model enterprise, the national advanced building materials industry collective.
2. Main Products
Rotary kiln, cooling machine, dryer, cyclone preheater and decomposition furnace; vertical mill, tube mill, roller press; crusher, stacker and reclaimer, industrial control system and other ancillary equipment; Various types of waste heat power generation, industrial waste gas desulfurization and denitrification, solid waste comprehensive treatment, biological waste production of organic fertilizer, dust removal and other system equipment. It has completed the construction of more than 100 cement production line projects and exported to more than 60 countries and regions including Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, India, Ethiopia, Zambia, Algeria, Brazil, Colombia and Bolivia. The main international customers include the well-known enterprises such as ThyssenKrupp, Burleigh Hughes, Loesche, Heidelberg, Danish Smith, French Fives, Lafarge, Metso Finland, Andritz, Spain, Pohang, Korea, Kawasaki, Ube, etc. The market share of leading products of new industrial furnaces and energy-saving grinding equipment is 38%. The international market share is 27%. For many years in the domestic industry, we are in the first place.
