1. General Information
The plant is a high-tech group company integrating scientific research, production and sale. With the registered capital of RMB 10 million, it is mainly engaged in cemented carbide roller rings, diamond abrasives, grinding tools, pure carbon contact strips for electric motor vehicles, steel-bond cemented carbide, cemented carbide rods, plates, precision cutting tools and other products, and have self-support import and export rights. The products are sold to Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, as well as European and American countries and regions. With first-class production equipment, perfect detection means and skilled research team, the plant has taken the lead in passing ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certification in the same industry, and been recognized as “Provincial High-tech Enterprise” by province Science and Technology Agency.
Since 1980s, the plant has tackled key problems and researched cemented carbide roller rings matched with high-speed wire mills while introducing high-speed wire mills at domestic. The roller rings were applied to high-speed wire mills at domestic in 1989 and reached the international advanced level in the corresponding period; so far, they have been successively applied to high-speed wire mills of more than sixty iron and steel companies at domestic and abroad. Currently, the plant has formed the annual productivity of 50,000 cemented carbide roller rings which are made of YGH series, YGR series and YD series. Particularly, YGR series precision roller rings for sizing reduction frames, at the rolling speed of 120m/s, have been widely applied to the rolling of steel cords, steel strands, bearing steel, alloy welding wires and other high-carbon steel, alloy steel and common steel. At present, the matched rolling mills include MORGAN, DANIELI, SMS, POMINI, KRUPP and domestic high-speed wire mill units. Particularly, rod production line large-diameter combined rollers successfully developed in recent years feature high hardness, abrasion resistance, good rolled product quality, high comprehensive benefits, etc., receiving good praises from customers.
In 2002, the plant introduced pure-carbon contact strip production technologies for electric motor vehicles from Russia. Through years of advantage taking and absorption, the technical indexes of the currently produced pure-carbon contact strips for electric motor vehicles have reached or surpassed national standards of Germany and Russia. Moreover, the pure-carbon contact strips passed the appraisal of Province Science and Technology Agency in 2006, which have been applied to many electric railway lines in China.
Cemented carbide rods, plates and precision cutting tools are mainly applied to automobile and motorcycle manufacturing industry, mould industry, bearing industry, aerospace industry, graphite electrodes, gear machining and other industries. Almost all the traditional materials difficult to cut can be smoothly machined by our company, particularly the materials with the diameter of 8mm-35mm can be milled and drilled to the best extent.
